Quietly located in the preferred village of Wrixum in the transition from Wyk, is our island home in dead end position. This charming two-storey house with three self-contained houses on a very spacious plot and panoramic views of fields and meadows. This relaxation highlight ensures a special holiday feeling when you arrive. The salty scent, the wide view and the typical Frisian home in its uniqueness on the island of Föhr brings mind and soul back into harmony.
Upon entering the house you will be surprised by the bright rooms. High-quality materials and first-class carpentry fittings create an environment that embodies modern luxury and at the same time offers an exclusive feel-good ambience in every season.
The ground floor is next to the open kitchen together with living and dining room and a newly renovated bathroom. The upper floor has three bedrooms. Two of them with double beds and one with two single beds. All furniture was made by an island carpenter in the finest craftsmanship. There is also a bath on the upper floor.
The color harmony of the house does not leave the island feeling in bad weather even in bad weather. Character and coziness characterize the style of the house, where it can be relaxing on cooler days before the fireplace. The sun terrace offers sun all day long and an unobstructed view of fields and meadows. By nearby bike paths you are guided in the most idyllic way to the popular neighboring Nieblum, or accompanied in the center of Wyk.
At the airfield and golf course, the greatest view opens up, the heart bursts! The unobstructed view of the watt and sea on the adjacent Halligen in front of Föhr.
